We are launching an exciting new business venture in the EV aftermarket industry. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and lead sales operations for a innovative startup entering India's rapidly expanding electric vehicle aftermarket space.

Position: Call Center Manager

Location: Pune (Local candidates preferred)

Experience: 2-5 years in outbound sales/call center operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead domestic outbound sales calling operations across multiple business segments
  • Generate qualified appointments and leads for various business development initiatives
  • Build and manage scalable call center team operations
  • Develop systematic approaches for B2B distributor identification and B2C customer acquisition
  • Maintain CRM systems and optimize lead conversion processes
  • Achieve daily calling targets and appointment generation goals
  • Support business expansion through strategic market intelligence gathering

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 2-5 years proven experience in domestic outbound sales calling
  • Strong track record in appointment generation and lead conversion across B2B and B2C segments
  • Call center management or team leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in automotive, components, or related industries is a plus

Technical Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • CRM software proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with AI tools and technology adoption

Educational Background

  • Graduate from recognized university
  • Business or technical background preferred
