**PROFILE INTRODUCTION:

A Call Center Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients or customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**RESPONSIBITITIES:

- **Issue Resolution**: Effectively resolve customer concerns, complaints, or technical issues by following established procedures and using problem-solving skills.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system or other designated software.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to quality and performance standards, including call handling metrics
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, such as data privacy and security protocols.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, including providing clear and concise information and updating customers on the status of their requests.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer service processes.

**REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes.
- Multilingual skills may be a plus, depending on the customer base.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
