What is in it for you?

As a Technical Lead – Java Selenium you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.

Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely execution.

Review and optimize test scripts for performance and reliability.

Track and report test coverage, defects, and quality metrics.

Ensure adherence to QA best practices and coding standards.

Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative testing solutions.

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/M Tech.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

ISTQB or equivalent certification

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

Selenium WebDriver and Java

Designing and maintaining automation frameworks (Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Hybrid)

Proficiency in TestNG or JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git

Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

Solid understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Experience in leading small teams and managing test deliverables

API testing experience using REST Assured or Postman

Good to have Skills: -

Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave)

Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)

Familiarity with Cloud-based test execution platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)

Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker)

Experience working in Agile projects
