Advanced degrees can enhance qualifications. 2 Experience: Candidates usually have hands-on experience in IT and project management, progressing through roles that develop their skills in overseeing technical projects and managing teams. 2 Certifications: While not strictly required, certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) can be beneficial. 1 Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of technology and business processes is essential, along with excellent communication and project management skills"
