  • Ensure strict implementation of quality standards and procedures in RMC production and site execution.
  • Supervise day-to-day RMC batching operations, ensuring correct mix design and consistency as per IS codes.
  • Conduct concrete and material testing slump test, cube casting, compressive strength, aggregate and cement testing, admixture trials, etc.
  • Review and approve mix designs, calibration reports, and lab testing records.
  • Monitor quality of incoming materials like cement, aggregates, admixtures, and reinforcement steel.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including test reports, checklists, and NCRs.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure structural and finishing works are executed as per standards.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, RMC plant staff, contractors, and consultants for resolving quality issues.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, client inspections, and statutory compliances.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions for quality deviations.
