Position: Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Engineer

Location: Greater Noida

Exp - 1 to 3 year

Salary: 20K To 30K

Job Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing quality control processes, with some involvement in production planning. Your role will ensure that production operations align with company standards, maintain product quality, and handle customer complaints effectively. You will also work closely with ERP systems for production and material planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production runs and maintain BOM & Item IDs in ERP software.
  • Plan daily production activities in coordination with the customer delivery date (CDD).
  • Oversee raw material planning and create indents as per production orders.
  • Maintain quality standards in the workshop, like 5S, Kaizen etc.
  • Conduct Inward/Outgoing (IC/QC) and Finished Goods (FG) quality control checks.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documents, including Calibration Certificates, Material Test Certificates (MTC), and other inspection reports.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor machine breakdowns and job work processes.
  • Conduct GAD (General Arrangement Drawing) checks and ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Education: B.Tech (Mechanical)

Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry standards and quality assurance techniques.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in handling customer complaints and delivering satisfactory solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
