Role Overview – CSO

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to join as Chief Sales Officer, driving growth, revenue, and partnerships from the ground up.

You will:

Lead business strategy, revenue planning, and market expansion.

Build and manage high-performing sales & marketing teams.

Drive performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for lead generation.

Forge partnerships with property developers, landlords, and real estate agencies.

Collaborate with the tech team to align product development with market needs.

Implement data-driven decision-making for marketing ROI optimization.

Required Skills & Business Expertise:

• Strong background in real estate sales, business development.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and digital lead generation.
• Deep understanding of B2C and B2B sales funnels.
• Experience in strategic partnerships and revenue scaling.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and deal-closing skills.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM tools and analytics.
