About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Zoho Developer to design, develop, and implement customized business solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and other Zoho applications, with strong skills in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integration.

You will work closely with business and functional teams to automate workflows, streamline processes, and integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Application Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.
  • Customize modules, layouts, blueprints, workflows, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Deluge scripts to automate key business processes.

Integration & Automation

  • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using REST APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
  • Manage end-to-end data flow between Zoho and platforms such as ERP, HRMS, finance, and marketing tools.
  • Implement process automation across departments including sales, operations, finance, and HR.

System Administration & Support

  • Manage data integrity, user access, and security roles within Zoho applications.
  • Provide user training, technical support, and system documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with Zohos latest features, releases, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements for improved performance and user experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and at least two other Zoho apps (Books, Desk, People, Projects, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.
  • Sound knowledge of workflow automation, functions, and integration within the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer or Zoho Consultant.
  • Experience working with Zoho One Suite preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is an added advantage.
