We're on a mission to uncover ideas that make people go "Whoa" And guess what? We need your eagle eyes and curious mind to help us find them. You'll be diving deep into the coolest innovations, from AI that'll blow your mind to solutions that might just save our planet.

What You'll Do:

• Feed Your Curiosity: Jump into content research, build relationships with speakers, and curate impactful events—all fueled by your endless curiosity and drive.
• Global Impact, Local Action: While we're based in Delhi, our reach is worldwide. Your work will influence audiences across continents, bridging cultures and sparking global conversations.
• Rub Shoulders with Greatness: Imagine working alongside global visionaries like Sonam Wangchuk, Sudharak Olwe, and Sparsh Shah. At TEDxGateway, you'll be part of a legacy that has featured Nobel laureates, tech innovators, and social revolutionaries.
• Speaker Whisperer: Work closely with speakers to refine their ideas into captivating talks. You'll play a crucial role in bringing their visions to life on our iconic red circle stage.
• Event Architect: Contribute to curating our stellar lineup of speakers and help shape the narrative of our events. Your input could influence the direction of our next viral talk.
• Creative Powerhouse: Brainstorm innovative event themes, interactive experiences, and engaging content formats. Your fresh perspective will keep TEDxGateway at the cutting edge.
• Network Ninja: Build relationships with industry experts, academics, and trailblazers. Your connections could lead to our next big collaboration or partnership.
• Impact Amplifier: Assist in developing strategies to extend the reach of our talks beyond the event, maximizing their influence on society.

Who You Are:

• Preference will be given to those having experience in content/ curation for the events.
• Graduates or post-graduates with 3+ years of experience in speaker management, coordination, content writing, editing, or publishing.
• Full-time availability with a drive to take on challenges headfirst.
• Strong researching, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of general awareness.
• Motivated, innovative, and eager to identify and develop valuable content with the team.
• Experience in training speakers or delivering talks is a plus, but a passion for great communication is a must.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and categorization skills that keep everything on track.
• Passionate about research and deeply invested in the future of science, design, technology, politics, philosophy, art, or pop culture.
• Able to discover ideas that can lead to exponential change, with an instinct for what's next.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a tight-knit, high-performing, and energetic team.
