Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in tour operations. - Proficiency in customer interaction via mail, phone, or other communication methods. - Strong knowledge of hotel booking processes, rate negotiation, and holiday destinations. - Ability to multitask effectively. - A Bachelor's degree in Travel Tourism or a related field would be preferred.
