FREELANCE - SOLID EDGE DESIGN ENGINEER

EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE IN PHARMA MACHINES DESIGN

BLISTER PACKING MACHINES

JOB TIMING - 9:00 AM TO 5 :30 PM ( IF LATE STAYING REQUIRED - UPTO 7:30 PM)

  • Machine Tools Experience – Jigs & Fixtures.

  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and machinery (preferred but not required).

  • Material Handling Equipment.

  • Selection of Bearings, motor, servo motor etc

  • Knowledge of material science, Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment, selection of materials, etc .

  • Knowledge of GD & T .

  • Knowledge of engineering calculation like power calculation, Torque Calculation, etc.

  • Knowledge of Analysis in Software.

  • Experience of Solid Edge Software.

  • designing and developing new pharmaceutical machinery and improving existing designs using Solid Edge software.

  • This role involves creating detailed 3D models, technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-

functional teams to ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

  • Develop detailed 3D models of machine components and assemblies using Solid Edge, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Use SOLID EDGE to create 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed engineering designs for machine components and systems.

  • Conduct design calculations, simulations, and testing to ensure functionality, performance, and safety.

  • Hands-on experience with SOLID EDGE software (preferred) or other similar 3D CAD tools.

  • Experience in the design of machines or systems for the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹40,000.00 per month
