We're growing fast and looking for a dynamic, result-driven Catering Sales Manager to take charge of our sales operations and lead our passionate team
What You'll Do
Drive and manage corporate and private catering sales
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
Build lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners & private hosts
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue goals
Coordinate with kitchen and event teams for seamless service delivery
Prepare customized catering proposals & negotiate contracts
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in hospitality / catering / banquet / event sales
Strong communication, client handling & negotiation skills
Team leadership experience with a results-oriented approach
Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Business, or related field preferred
