About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Web Designer
to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing visually engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused websites that align with brand identity and business goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual hierarchy, understands UX/UI principles, and can turn ideas into pixel-perfect designs that perform well across devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop modern, responsive website layouts using
    Figma
    ,
    Adobe XD
    , or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and copywriters to bring designs to life.
  • Create landing pages, banners, and visual assets for web and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, typography, and color usage across all web assets.
  • Optimize web designs for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Stay updated with design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
  • Iterate on designs based on performance data, user feedback, and A/B tests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Web Designer
    or
    UI/UX Designer
    (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    ,
    Adobe XD
    ,
    Photoshop
    , or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of
    HTML/CSS
    (basic knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience with
    WordPress
    ,
    Webflow
    , or similar CMS platforms preferred.
  • Eye for typography, spacing, and visual composition.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
