Role & Responsibilities
- Patient assistance: Provide information on doctors, treatment plans, and hospital services.
- Coordination: Work with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients and their families.
- Issue resolution: Address patient and visitor inquiries, handle complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate management when necessary.
- Guidance: Guide patients and visitors through the hospital and explain procedures.
- Administrative support: Assist with front desk operations, including appointment assistance, call transfers, and managing records.
- Feedback management: Collect and manage guest feedback and use it to improve services.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A professional and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Computer literacy.
