Role Description

We are looking for a
dynamic Senior Social Media & Community Management Specialist
to build our Client accounts
organic growth and brand presence across all digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in creating meaningful connections, engaging communities, and driving visibility without relying solely on paid campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilites:-

  • Drive
    organic growth
    and brand visibility across all major social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage and grow
    community engagement
    on platforms like
    Discord, Reddit, and Quora
  • Plan, schedule, and publish
    regular, high-quality posts
    to build brand trust and awareness
  • Handle
    end-to-end social media account management
    including content calendars, creatives briefing, and engagement tracking
  • Conduct
    on-page and off-page SEO (including Link building), AEO
    activities to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continually improve engagement strategies
  • Act as a
    community voice
    , respond to inquiries, and spark meaningful conversations to build loyal audiences

Qualification for this Role:-

  • 9+ years of experience in
    social media marketing and community management
  • Strong understanding of
    organic growth strategies
    and
    SEO best practices
  • High proficiency in executing SEO practices aligned with industry standards, with advanced expertise in efficiently using tools like
    Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for building
    engaged online communities
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environmen
