Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Navigator cum Staff Nurse to be the connecting

link between patients, doctors, and our telemedicine platform. The role ensures that every patient

receives seamless, respectful, and informed care throughout their teleconsultation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

 Guide patients through the telemedicine process and ensure consent is taken.

 Record patient details and assist during video consultations.

 Coordinate with PHC staff and ASHAs to manage doctor schedules and patient flow.

 Ensure all medical and digital equipment are functional and report issues promptly.

 Maintain accurate data records and update dashboards daily.

 Uphold confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Education: BSW, BSc Nursing, GNM, ANM, or related health background.

 Proficiency in basic computer and data entry tools (Excel/Google Sheets).

 Strong communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

 Empathetic, patient-centered, and good at multitasking and coordination.
