Responsibilities

  • Marketing for identified accounts and service line (automotive middleware and semiconductor/high tech) across the globe.
  • Prepare annual marketing plans to increase KPIT share in chosen service/IP areas
  • Bring personalization and customization relevant to the target customers through first party intent data and leveraging AI/Tech tools
  • Create co-branding opportunities with customers such as joint thought leadership, speaking at events etc.
  • Liaison with business leaders and subject matter expert to create marketing messages relevant to target customers
  • Interfacing with alliances for joint solutioning and joint go-to-market
  • Increase pipeline of the company in assigned business units, through personalized, multi-channel campaigns relevant for clients throughout the year.
  • Effective use of digital channels to communicate KPIT messages across
  • Support process/SOP creation for marketing activities

Mandatory to have:

Passion for marketing and strategy

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Interest in working with data to analyse trends

Good understanding and leverage of technologies, tools available for marketing including AI

Marketing basics – research, communication, articulation, cross function

Creative bent of mind. Problem solving.

Experience:

Minimum 3- 6 years  of relevant experience with mix of technology marketing, customer acquisition & business development working on similar responsibilities mentioned and demonstrated success in other organisations.

Preferred Industry - Automotive software, middleware, vehicle OS and/or semiconductor technology solutions
