• Budgeting

• Verifies bill payments for all expenses (as per the current corporate limit)

• Monitoring, adhering and circulating the Monthly Quality Report.
• Guiding, Preparing and approving the Project Quality plan for Civil, Finishing, Landscaping and External development works
• Expertise in training the workforce as per Requirements for all civil and finishing works

• Communicates quality standards to project teams
• Material inspection and approvals as per standards and requirement
• Has clarity around inter-process handshakes and follows the process for hand-over or take-over between processes in order to avoid lapses
