Role Description

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly motivated Interior Project Manager to join our elite interiors division. As an Interior Project Manager at our organization, you will be at the forefront of diverse and challenging interior fit-out projects, from conceptualization to the final exquisite finish. You will be instrumental in translating design blueprints into tangible, inspiring environments, ensuring every project embodies our unwavering commitment to design integrity and unparalleled quality.

Key Responsibilities & Opportunities:

• Planning, execution, and closure of high-end interior projects, ensuring seamless coordination from design intent to final handover.

• Drive meticulous budget management, rigorous cost control, and precise timeline adherence to deliver projects with exceptional financial discipline and efficiency.

• Collaborate intimately with architects, interior designers, and artisans to ensure the flawless translation of design concepts into built reality, preserving artistic vision and quality.

• Selection, management, and coordination across a diverse array of vendors, subcontractors, and skilled craftsmen, ensuring timely delivery of premium materials and impeccable workmanship.

• Building and nurturing strong, transparent relationships with discerning clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their vision is realized beyond expectation.

• Implementing stringent quality control measures at every stage, ensuring the highest standards of finish, aesthetics, and functionality are met.

• Proactively identify potential design and execution challenges, developing ingenious solutions to maintain project momentum and uphold design integrity.

Qualifications

To excel in this aesthetically demanding and rewarding role, you should possess:

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive and demonstrably successful experience in managing high-end interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.) within a reputable design or construction firm.

• Technical & Design Acumen: Strong understanding of interior construction methodologies, materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Proficiency in relevant project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, etc.).

• Leadership & Coordination Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multi-disciplinary teams including designers, contractors, and artisans. Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.

• Communication & Negotiation: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors.

• Problem-Solving & Detail Orientation: A keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to foresee and resolve challenges creatively.

• Passion for Design & Quality: A deep passion for interior design, an appreciation for aesthetics, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional quality
