Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence across online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, understand e-commerce operations, and have a keen eye for marketing, product listing, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.)
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing)
  • Coordinate product launches, offers, deals, and promotions on marketplaces
  • Analyze sales data, return reports, and generate performance insights
  • Handle order processing, inventory sync, and stock management
  • Monitor competitor listings and pricing strategies
  • Resolve customer queries, returns, and escalations in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with warehouse/logistics team for smooth order dispatch and returns
  • Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines and policies
  • Assist in digital marketing campaigns, SEO/ASO, and keyword targeting

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus
  • Knowledge of product feed optimization and keyword research tools preferred
