Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will craft visually compelling designs that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce innovative visual assets—ranging from static to dynamic creatives—that effectively convey our brand narrative and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create visually engaging, brand-aligned designs for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, packaging, and other marketing collaterals.

Concept Ideation: Partner with internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualize creative directions that align with business goals and audience insights.

Brand Identity: Support the creation, evolution, and enforcement of brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Motion & Video Design: Design and edit high-quality videos, animations, and GIFs using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Layout & Composition: Craft layouts that demonstrate strong visual hierarchy, balance, and readability across formats.

Image Enhancement: Edit, retouch, and manipulate visual assets to achieve desired quality and aesthetics. Typography: Apply thoughtful typographic choices to enhance the visual tone and message of each design.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work in close coordination with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure creative alignment and timely delivery.

Iteration & Feedback: Incorporate team and stakeholder feedback effectively to refine and finalize designs. Quality Control: Ensure every output meets the brand's creative standards and maintains visual excellence. Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches to your work.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

2–3 years of professional experience in visual design.

Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools.

Proficient in designing intuitive and visually appealing UI layouts and crafting seamless UX experiences across websites and mobile applications.

Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities across formats and media. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Solid understanding of design fundamentals—color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy. Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Effective time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Awareness of modern digital and social media design trends.
