Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing / Software Engineer who will bridge creativity, technology, and business strategy to build AI-enabled digital products, applications, and automation systems. This role will work closely with Tony Cho and Michael Weil to design and deploy custom AI agents, marketing automations, and digital tools that enhance brand presence, streamline workflows, and support business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate is both a full-stack thinker and a creative technologist, comfortable working at the intersection of software engineering, marketing automation, and AI product innovation.

What Youll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, applications, and automations for marketing and business operations.

• Build and manage websites, apps, and sales funnel systems integrated with AI chatbots and digital engagement features.

• Collaborate with executives and department heads to design custom AI agents for individual and departmental use.

• Implement marketing automation systems that optimize lead generation, CRM workflows, and campaign performance.

• Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and system architecture for all developed solutions.

• Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and automation platforms to ensure continuous innovation.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in software development, full-stack engineering, or marketing automation.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages, and experience with API integrations.

• Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow) and workflow automation tools.

• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.

• Creative and technically versatile

• Self-driven and proactive in innovation
