As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented Business Development Executive who can join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth.
Position overview:
Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads and approaching potential clients, work in correlation with clients and technical or designers teams. Review final layouts and suggest improvements that meet client's expectations. The ideal candidate will have an idea of how to bring in clients for the business through Upwork, Fiverr and many more platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads- Identify company prospects thorough market research on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr and more.
- Client Relationship Management- Maintain long-term relations with existing and new clients by conducting effective communication and catering to their demands.
- Developing strategies- understand company's services to pitch effectively and brainstorm new strategies to meet sales goals.
- Repeat business- focus on client follow-ups to generate repeat business and open a long term sales pathway.
- Sales and negotiation- conduct meetings, cold-calls and negotiate to close sales.
- Target achievement- meet or exceed monthly sales target as defined by the company by constant follow-ups.
- Reviewing- thoroughly reviewing final layouts and suggesting changes if required to satisfy client's expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Management or any relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Adaptability: ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership quality and ability to mentor subordinates
- Smart and confident with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to handle and manage a team efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
