Key duties include sourcing fresh ingredients, following recipes, managing kitchen hygiene, assisting with inventory, and ensuring adherence to all food safety regulations. Key responsibilities

• Food preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of traditional South Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Quality control: Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation are met.
• Kitchen management: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
• Inventory and stock: Assist with managing food inventory, stock rotation, and placing orders as needed.
• Food safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ingredient sourcing: Select and source high-quality, fresh ingredients to ensure authentic flavor.
• Teamwork and training: Collaborate with other kitchen staff and assist in training junior staff.
