1. Professional Tax (PT): • Registration of establishment under the Professional Tax Act. • Timely monthly/periodic remittance of PT contributions. • Preparation and maintenance of PT challans and records. 2. Shops & Establishment (S&E): • Obtaining Registration Certificate (RC) under the Shops & Establishment Act. • Renewal and amendments of RC as and when required. • Maintenance of S&E records in line with statutory norms. 3. Provident Fund (PF): • Handling death cases including claim submission and follow -up. • Submission of statutory forms and records as per requirement. • Attending to queries and resolving notices issued by the PF Department. 4. Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC): • Submission of forms and statutory records to ESIC authorities. • Attending to queries and resolving notices issued by the ESIC Department. • Coordination with ESIC authorities for employee approvals and issuance of Temporary Identity Cards (TIC) / Permanent IDs. 5. Inspection Handling: • Representation before Labor/Factory/Statutory Inspectors during scheduled and surprise inspections. • Preparation and submission of required records and compliance reports. • Handling and resolving notices issued under PT and S&E Acts. • Coordinating with respective departments for timely closure of all compliance observations. Would be involved in Handling areas in Gujarat Preferably Anand, Vadodara, Narmada, Mahisagar, Dahod & Panchmahal.Requirements * Preferably Graduate * Should be Willing to Travel. * Good Knowledge in Compliance
