Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer based in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assessing the value of gold jewelry, processing loan applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role requires regular interaction with customers to provide them with the most suitable loan products and services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries
  • Knowledge of gold valuation and appraisal processes
  • Proficiency in loan processing and documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
