Job Overview:
We are seeking for a dynamic Business Development team lead to build and scale a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will own the entire sales/business development cycle from identifying high-quality prospects to closing deals while also shaping the strategies, systems, and talent required to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and market understanding.
- Present company products and solutions with clarity and value-focused messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.
- Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
- Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
Key Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience in business development, B2B sales (preferably in IT Sales).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, prospecting, and lead generation methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and close deals.
