The job role is full-time and Works from the Office.
CTC bands- Maximum is 20 LPA (this is the maximum stretch)
Availability - immediate or up to 30 days. (max 45 Days)
Requirements- - BE / BTech/MCA/BCA in COMPUTER SCIENCE OR IT (BSc and others DON T qualify) - Good communication skills in English is a mandate. Candidates with poor/average comm skills DON T qualify. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps is required. - Stable candidates. Candidates changing jobs rapidly (within 1 year or any tenure pattern) DON T qualify. - Shortlist candidates from Product Based companies only having experience with only Service based companies DON T qualify.
Screening question Ansible:- Playbook writing dynamic inventory deployment (Must Have) Jenkins:- pipeline LDAP integration Matrix Authorization (Must Have) AWS CLI: write a script with Ansible playbook (Must Have) Monitoring:- AWS cloud watch (Must Have) Container:- Docker AWS ECS (Elastic Compute Cloud) (Must Have) SSH Concept:- Tunneling key authorization (Must Have) AWS VPC Concept:- Public Private with NAT (Must Have) Terraform (Good to Have) Kubernetes (Good to Have) AWS Cloud Security:- WAF Security Group NACL Config etc. (Good to Have) The candidates not having hands-on experience in the Must Have skills will not be considered and the candidates refusing to come for in-person will not be considered further. So please ensure only those candidates are shortlisted and shared who have Must Have skills and are ready to come for in-person.
Education/Experience ION PROCESS:
HR Screening Round: The profile once received by us will undergo screening verification and profile review. The shortlisted profiles will be shared with the Technical team for a profile review. The further shortlisted candidates will proceed to interview rounds.
Interview Round: There will be 1 interview round with the direct DevOps Lead and the Head of Technology. The core tech round will be in this round only. The candidate has to be physically present in the Gurgaon office. The Meet time slot is 2 hours. Google Meet is not possible in the final round. NO G-meet will be taken even if the candidate is not local. It will be with the DevOps Lead first then an interview with the Head of Technology.
HR Round: If the candidate clears the final round then the final HR salary discussion & offer floating will be done.
(Note: All the in-person interviews for every job requirement will be conducted on Weekdays only From Monday - Friday between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM(considering interview slot)(NOT on Weekends - Saturday & Sunday))
