Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate End to end full lifecycle implementation of SAP IS-Retail
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs · Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements · Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • At least 8 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications
  • Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain)
  • Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project
  • Profound understanding of Retail business processes
  • Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  • Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness · Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities:
