Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of NABH and JCI accreditation requirements and healthcare HR practices.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and workforce management.

Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals and accreditation standards. Forecast workforce needs and design recruitment plans to meet current and future demands.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead recruitment efforts for clinical, administrative, and support staff, ensuring the selection of qualified personnel. Implement strategies to retain top talent, reduce attrition, and foster employee engagement.
- Compliance with Accreditation Standards: Ensure adherence to NABH and JCI standards in HR policies, recruitment, training, and employee records. Facilitate staff education on accreditation requirements and support compliance audits.
- Employee Development and Training: Design and implement training programs to enhance staff competencies and support professional growth. Monitor mandatory training requirements, including those related to patient safety, ethics, and regulatory standards.
- Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems to ensure consistent, fair, and constructive feedback. Align individual performance goals with organizational objectives to drive accountability and excellence.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Formulate and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and accreditation standards. Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across all departments.
- Employee Relations and Welfare: Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. Promote employee well-being initiatives and ensure a safe, inclusive work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent. Monitor and ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory obligations.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to assess workforce performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Prepare and present reports for hospital leadership and accreditation bodies.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with hospital leadership to align HR practices with operational goals. Lead, mentor, and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
