
Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, understand their musical needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate instruments and accessories to highlight features and benefits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines (guitars, keyboards, drums, amps, recording gear, etc.).
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Provide after-sales support, including instrument care guidance and warranty assistance.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in visual merchandising, stock management, and store displays.
- Process transactions accurately and handle billing, payments, and invoicing.
- Participate in promotional events, workshops, and product demonstrations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory) – background in music, business, or marketing is a plus.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in retail or the music industry.
- Strong knowledge of musical instruments and enthusiasm for music.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical details to beginners and advanced musicians alike.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
