Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers, understand their musical needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate instruments and accessories to highlight features and benefits.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines (guitars, keyboards, drums, amps, recording gear, etc.).
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
  • Provide after-sales support, including instrument care guidance and warranty assistance.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, stock management, and store displays.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle billing, payments, and invoicing.
  • Participate in promotional events, workshops, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory) – background in music, business, or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in retail or the music industry.
  • Strong knowledge of musical instruments and enthusiasm for music.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical details to beginners and advanced musicians alike.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
