**Job Title**: Sales Executive - (UPSC/MPSC Coaching)

**Location**:Dadar West

**Position Type**: Full-time (Salary + Incentives)

Our expert-led classes are designed to help students achieve their goals in India’s most competitive civil services exams. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to help expand our reach by acquiring students through educational institution partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outreach to Institutions**: Visit schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote our UPSC and MPSC preparatory courses.
- **Product Presentations**: Conduct informative presentations about our specialized programs for UPSC and MPSC preparation.
- **Lead Generation & Networking**: Identify and engage potential student leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and close deals.
- **Client Engagement**: Ensure educational institutions understand the value of our coaching services, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollment.
- **Reporting**: Track and report sales activities, conversion rates, and feedback to management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed in competitive exams.
