POSITION SUMMARY

The Finance Manager is a key role in the finance organization responsible for leading our regional controllership function which is critical in supporting our financial close process. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership, the ability to effectively communicate to both finance employees and business leaders, and the ability to perform with accuracy and integrity while working on tight deadlines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

  • Organize and lead revenue recognition for FP&A
  • Monitor and manage expenses within the P&L to ensure accuracy across all regional P&Ls
  • Manage customer prepayment forecasts and track all major spend variances
  • Handle monthly analyses including functional spend and impact of forecasting changes
  • Support the strategic planning process, annual planning process, and forecast
  • Gather and synthesize data across various parties and manage any ununiformed data

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • 12+ years of financial management/accounting experience
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Masters is a plus)
  • Exceptional high technical skills with a required proficiency in excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communicator
  • Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
  • Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and advanced modeling
  • Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
  • Familiarity with PowerBi is a plus
  • CPA or similar certification required
  • Willingness to work US hours with the ability to work weekends if needed
