Role & responsibilities

Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team within a dynamic MNC environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end data management from gathering and cleansing to analysis and visualization. You should have a knack for storytelling with data and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights through dashboards and impactful PowerPoint presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and reconcile large volumes of Talent Acquisition-related data from multiple sources.

• Analyze trends, track key recruitment metrics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Build and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI (good to have).

• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate data-driven narratives to senior leadership.

• Solve queries and support ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to support decision-making through data.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, Query Editor).

• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills, with a focus on design and storytelling.

• Experience in handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.

• Working knowledge of graphs, charts, and visual analytics.

• Familiarity with Power BI (good to have).

Preferred Skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights and patterns from raw data.

• Eye for detail and ability to produce clean, executive-level deliverables.

• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics preferred.
