Job Description

  • Build Real Products Architect, code, debug, and deploy across web, mobile, and AI-driven systems—shaping the digital future of construction and manufacturing.
  • Apply AI Where It Counts Design and deploy intelligent tools—AI copilots, LLM-powered automations, document extraction engines, recommendation systems, and predictive models that solve real on-site problems.
  • Lead by Example Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, brainstorming sessions, and architectural discussions—no bureaucracy, just impact.
  • Solve Real-World Complexity Dive into ambiguous, domain-heavy challenges—prototype fast using Python, , React, or whatever gets the job done.
  • Work Across Worlds Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, designers, and field teams—bridging the gap between high-rises and codebases.
  • Push the Edge Continuously integrate cutting-edge tech—from GPT models to LangChain, from Autodesk APIs to AWS services.
  • Ship. Learn. Iterate. Deliver functional, scalable features quickly—validate fast, learn faster, and ship again.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Product-Driven Engineering You've shipped production systems across web/mobile/AI stacks—React, , Python, Java, or similar. Bonus if you've worked with LLMs or integrated IoT/ML pipelines.
  • Strong Engineering Foundation Mastery in algorithms, scalable architecture, debugging, and design patterns. You balance speed with clean, maintainable code.
  • API & Cloud Expertise You're fluent in RESTful API design, database modeling (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Builder Mentality You thrive in prototyping—comfortable testing ideas in LangChain, OpenAI playgrounds, or a good old Python script.
  • Startup-Ready You work fast, adapt even faster, and make decisions that drive product forward. Ambiguity doesn't scare you—it energizes you.
