The Senior Associate, Solution Engineering has a significant role in developing large-scale enterprise level backend-end solutions and ensuring that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization. This role has significance in the designing and architecture of digital projects to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software
• Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams
• Work as UI lead with development team across geographically distributed structure
• Provide coaching to Junior Associates and Associates
• Works independently on complex projects

Role Requirements

• Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
• B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required
• 5+ years of software development experience in UI using Angular framework
• Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude
• Experience in developing and implementing web-based solutions
• Strong in frontend design and development.
• Experience with designing Single page applications using Angular framework.
• Proficient with Typescript/Javascript, HTML, CSS and JSON.
• Designing complex UI components
• Develop generic reusable UI components
• Calling REST API,Generating and parsing JSON
• Defining standards and industry best practices for UI Development
• Run Effective unit testing and integration testing.
• In-depth knowledge of angular framework, reactive programming, material UI, UI architecture design patterns.
• Doing Code review for the team along with Leading and Mentoring developers.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results
• Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally
• Knowledge of architecture design concepts, object-oriented design, and techniques.
• Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles.
