MD Psychatrist

Job description - Trauma and Mental Health wing:

• Assess beneficiaries needs, abilities or behavior using a variety of methods, including

psychometric tests, interviews, and monitor and adapt appropriate treatment

programmes, including therapy, counseling or advice, in collaboration with colleagues.

• Ability to carry out mental health analysis and guide the beneficiary in receiving the

best treatment from the nearby identified centers.

• Help beneficiary define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational

and vocational development and adjustment.

• Monitor beneficiarys progress through regular sessions.

• Ability to work in a team and create equal opportunities in all perspective that

integrates in understanding mental health issues.

• Serve actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary virtual medical

care team.

• Maintain beneficiary data with utmost confidentiality.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To Handle 20 Psychologists.

• Motivate everybody.

• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.

• Do regular performance evaluation.

• Demonstrate team work.

• Program facilitator.

• Process trainer for 104 – Trauma and Mental Health wing.

• Design and delivery of medical training for 104 services.

• Planning and implementation of 104- Trauma and Mental Health wing services

• Supervision of Psychologists /Counsellors activity.

• Quality of call handling.

• Project guidance and periodic report based on performance indicators.

• Validation of plans of 104 based on identified performance indicators.

• Conduct medical technical training and coordinate training with other subject

specialists

• Stabilize the process of 104- Trauma and Mental Health wing services project

• Design, develop curriculum for health and medical aspects of 104 - Trauma and

Mental Health wing services including learning material.

• Identify global best practices in health and medical advice through virtual platforms

for 104 services provided by GVK EMRI.

• Developing periodic reports.

• Support COO by participating in meetings with State Government officials
