Md Psychatrist

Assess beneficiaries needs, abilities or behavior using a variety of methods, including

psychometric tests, interviews, and monitor and adapt appropriate treatment

programmes, including therapy, counseling or advice, in collaboration with colleagues.
- Ability to carry out mental health analysis and guide the beneficiary in receiving the

best treatment from the nearby identified centers.
- Help beneficiary define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational

and vocational development and adjustment.
- Monitor beneficiary’s progress through regular sessions.
- Ability to work in a team and create equal opportunities in all perspective that

integrates in understanding mental health issues.
- Serve actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary virtual medical

care team.
- Maintain beneficiary data with utmost confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
