to join our Talent Acquisition team in

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments including content, academics, operations, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-tech roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience (non-tech preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Prior experience in an EdTech or fast-paced environment is a plus
