About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Non-Tech Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team in
Kota
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments including content, academics, operations, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-tech roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience (non-tech preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Prior experience in an EdTech or fast-paced environment is a plus
