Job Description:

Perfomax Media is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate with a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to the success of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring SEO strategies, staying abreast of digital marketing trends, and collaborating effectively with the wider marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Implementation: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, particularly within the SEO landscape.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating regular reports on SEO performance and digital marketing campaign results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, social media specialists, and other team members to ensure integrated and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Content Support: Provide SEO recommendations for content development and ensure content is optimized for search engines.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Website Optimization: Assist in identifying and implementing website improvements to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Proven interest or experience (internship/entry-level) in Digital Marketing, with a particular emphasis on SEO.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
