About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Product Marketer role with 6+ years of experience who can own and drive end- to-end marketing strategies to fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can track KPIs, analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Growth & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events,
partnerships) to drive pipeline growth.
Own lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and revenue acceleration strategies.
Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to optimize the marketing funnel and improve ROI.
Identify new customer acquisition channels and test innovative strategies.
2. Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking
Define, track, and optimize marketing KPIs.
Derive insights from reports, identify gaps, and make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work with data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to measure and refine marketing efforts.
3. Campaign Execution & Optimization
Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
Optimize content, ad creatives, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation strategies.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with product, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Work closely with designers, and agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels.
Required skills and Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and inbound strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to derive insights from data and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Tech-driven industries.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
