ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated Zoho One & IT Systems Implementation Specialist to help our organization fully leverage Zoho One and its suite of applications while coordinating the adoption of additional software solutions. This role is crucial in driving our company's digital transformation journey by ensuring smooth implementation, integration, training, and ongoing support for our software ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will not only be a Zoho One expert but also someone who is curious, adaptable, and willing to explore new technologies such as cloud telephony, field tracking solutions, and marketing automation tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Zoho One Utilization & Optimization

  • Understand organizational workflows & processes and map them into Zoho One applications for maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct a gap analysis to identify where current processes can be improved or automated using Zoho tools.
  • Customize, configure, and manage Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Projects, People, Inventory, etc.) to align with business needs.
  • Develop workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho One applications and other business software.
  • Maintain and update Zoho One configurations as business processes evolve.
  • Provide training, documentation, and first-line support to employees on Zoho usage.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Mandatory:

  • Strong expertise in Zoho One (setup, customization, and administration).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and working knowledge of Tamil.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in implementing cloud-based software solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration between business productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of computer and electronic hardware, accessories, networking and servers.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and coordination skills.
