About This Role:

We're looking for a full-time Quote Analyst- Salesforce CPQ to join our Deal Desk team reporting to the Director. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad location.

In this role, you'll play a key role in strengthening our global quoting and contracting operations by ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient quote creation using Salesforce CPQ. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in Salesforce CPQ, quote accuracy/validation, and organized process execution.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and manage accurate and timely quotes within Salesforce CPQ.
• Support Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure quotes align with pricing policies, contract terms, and approval workflows.
• Review and validate contract terms, billing schedules, and deal structures for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain consistency and integrity of Salesforce CPQ and Contract data across all stages of the quote-to-cash process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quoting or contract discrepancies with minimal supervision.
• Assist with process improvements and documentation to streamline quoting and contracting operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure minimal errors and maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work flexible hours to support both US and EMEA time zones, as required.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Quote Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or similar quote-to-cash tools.
• Understanding of Salesforce Contract Management modules or comparable contract lifecycle systems.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under time constraints.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with flexibility across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM reporting and dashboards.
• Exposure to renewals, amendments, or subscription quoting processes.
• Intermediate Excel or data analysis skills.
