Role Description

Audit content

: Review video edits, captions, and formatting before they go live

Check thumbnails

: Ensure consistency, clarity, and brand alignment

Review social posts:

Inspect Reels, Shorts, and Instagram content for quality, spelling, and tone

Test user journeys

: Click links, test forms, and WhatsApp flows to find issues before users do

Create checklists

: Build simple, team-specific quality guidelines

Report issues

: Share weekly findings with team leads and management

Suggest improvements

: Recommend fixes for recurring problems and help improve internal processes

Qualifications

  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
  • Experience or knowledge in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Quality Auditing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in e-commerce and retail is a plus
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
