Primary Responsibilities(Defines the prime focus areas of the job)●      Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up -selling toexisting customer bases across the region.●      Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities in the region.●      Conducting market analysis and gathering intelligence to ascertainmarket needs to plan offerings●      Carrying out existing/new customer analysis to understandrequirements for cross selling during onboarding/closure and or building bettercustomer relationship ensuring customer service quality is managed.●      Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospectionthrough to successful closure.●      Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region.●      Building a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurateand rigorous forecasting and planning.●      Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to meetregional revenue goals.●      Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance.●      Developing and executing plans for improving overall performanceof the region which includes increasing customer base, customer on boarding,company policy and process adherence, improving financial performance etc●      Preparing or validating various reports needed to be submitted formanagement information periodically●      Achieving monthly targets without compromising on the quality ofthe customers on boarded.●      Monitoring, developing and or supporting capability of teammembers/ performance and provide timely feedback Key Deliverables(Key result areas - How is the success inthe position measured? – This will be useful for performance appraisal) Increasein regional sales Increasein market share of the product Customermanagement Marketstudy and analysis Teamperformance management Salesplanning  Specific Competency requirement●      Creative thinker●      Quantitative approach●      Detail oriented●      Analytical thinking●      Strategic approach●      Goal oriented●      Leadership Qualification & Experience●      Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing & Business administration●      Strong experience within consultative sales
