Creative Supervisor- Copy

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure consistent high-quality work.
Develop, implement, and maintain a clear and compelling brand voice across all digital advertising channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align ad copy with overall marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
Conduct thorough research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform copy development.
Write and review compelling, engaging, and persuasive ad copy for various digital platforms, including social media, display ads, search ads, email campaigns, and landing pages.
Optimize ad copy based on performance data and analytics, making data-driven decisions to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and best practices in each relevant platform.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital advertising platforms to continuously improve ad copy strategies and performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, set goals, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
