Qualifications

  • Montessori / MTT / NTT trained
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in Project-Based Learning (PBL)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and evolve continuously in an innovative environment
  • Passion and patience for working with young children, with a commitment to their holistic development
  • Ability to adapt creatively to the needs and interests of individual children
  • Understanding of best practices and current trends in early childhood education

Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and creative Early Years Facilitator who can design joyful, engaging learning experiences for preschool children. The facilitator will nurture curiosity, build foundational skills, and create a warm, safe, and collaborative environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement didactic and creative programs tailored for preschool learners.
  • Use varied educational techniques such as storytelling, play-based activities, games, and media to support learning.
  • Support children in developing social skills, emotional regulation, confidence, and independence.
  • Inspire children to communicate, collaborate, and interact respectfully with peers.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, sharing relevant updates and progress.
  • Observe and evaluate children's academic, emotional, and social growth; maintain records and prepare progress reports.
  • Monitor daily interactions to nurture cooperation, sharing, and positive behaviour.
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of children at all times.
  • Adhere to all relevant health, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow facilitators to maintain an inviting and nurturing school environment.
  • Communicate any concerns or observations about learners to the management as required.
  • Manage daily classroom routines, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, snack/lunch time, and rest periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
