Talent Management, Associate Director, HR, Bangalore

Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading the talent management framework and accomplishing the talent strategy goals as it relates to talent pipelines for the enterprise. The role involves active partnering with senior business leaders and regional HR business partners to identify future workforce needs, conduct talent reviews and create and build top talent and career pathways for the enterprise senior leadership groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map job roles under each BU and align it to the overall impact / risk assessment. Work with HRBPs to create evaluation criteria for each role criticality and bring parity.
- Drive critical talent reviews across the organization to identify and develop healthy pipeline of talent for all business-critical roles
- Create and implement skill frameworks for different job / role competencies across functions organization wide
- Create career paths for different talent segments in consultation with business leaders and HRBPs – for business-critical roles which are aligned to the enterprise strategic priorities.
- Create skill pyramids for current future state business that help in workforce and succession planning
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to embed career and development conversations and actions towards development plans with the talent development teams
- Influence, Implement, and Evaluate leadership development journeys across the organization. Work closely with the training team to align the critical competencies and develop journey designs.
Key Competencies:
- 15+ years of experience in business / HR with at least 5 years in talent management experience capacity.
- Strategic mindset to translate business needs to talent solutions
- Experience in developing talent management strategy, driving high performance, leadership development and succession planning
- Ability to influence business stakeholders and manoeuvre through matrix HR and Business organization
- Experience in high growth and transformative service industry (financial services. Technology, diversified) preferred
- Comfort with data and analytics driven decision making
- Ability to manage enterprise -wide priorities with business specific needs
- Problem solving and decision-making skills are expected.
- Outside in perspective on talent agendas and evolution
