Job Title: Project Associate Health Programs (6-Month Contract)

Location: Goa - North Goa/South Goa (Ponda, Madgaon, Canacona) , Ahmedabad , Mehsana, Lucknow,Delhi

Duration: 6 Months

Compensation: 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA + 3,000 (Travel Allowance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Project Associate (Master Trainer) to join our Influenza Vaccination Sensitisation Program. The role focuses on empowering healthcare workers and sensitising high-risk groups such as pregnant women and individuals with chronic health conditions to strengthen influenza vaccination coverage across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for healthcare workers on influenza and adult vaccination protocols.
  • Lead sensitisation activities for high-risk and vulnerable populations, driving awareness about the importance of vaccination.
  • Coordinate and conduct community outreach initiatives, including vaccination information corners and awareness campaigns.
  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with local health authorities and program partners to ensure effective implementation.
  • Travel extensively within assigned blocks/districts to oversee field activities and ensure smooth program delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Degree/Diploma in Medicine, Nursing, or Public Health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in the local language will be an advantage.
  • 12 years of experience in health training, public health initiatives, or community outreach preferred.
  • Freshers, ASHAs, and Frontline Health Workers (FLWs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
