Position: Quality Analyst Intern

We are looking for Quality Analyst (Intern) for 6 month's Internship with initial stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month followed by a permanent job role offer and salary review based on performance.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship is a 6-month opportunity designed for individuals passionate about ensuring high standards in product/process quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve user experience, and enhance overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, UI, and regression testing on web applications
• Assist in creating test cases, test plans, and test reports
• Identify, log, and track bugs effectively, coordinate with developers for resolutions
• Ensure all features meet defined acceptance criteria before deployment
• Participate in sprint ceremonies like daily stand-ups and planning
• Maintain documentation of QA activities and contribute to process improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and bug lifecycle
• Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of modern frontend frameworks like React and TypeScript
• Exposure to REST API testing using tools like Postman

Preferred:

• Familiarity with React Testing Library, Jest, or any UI testing tools
• Exposure to Redux Toolkit or React Router concepts from a testing perspective
• Understanding of component libraries like MUI (Material UI)
• Experience with basic automation using Selenium or Playwright
• Comfort with Git and command-line usage
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
